| Input any nucleotide sequence that contains capital letters(AUGC) and the microRNAFold will predict the secondary structure based on the sequence with Minimum Free Energy(MFE). If you enter lowercase letters (augc), you will not be able to see the 2D structure from dot-bracket format. |
